Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients across hospital, outpatient, and home settings to develop and implement effective treatment plans. They coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure accurate, timely documentation of all patient services.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy school and hold a valid Physical Therapist license. One year of experience in relevant patient populations is preferred, along with AHA Heartsaver AED certification.
