The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with healthcare teams. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress and educating caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety standards.
Applicants must hold a current state Physical Therapy License and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required within six months, and previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
