Key Responsibilities

Provide medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of a supervising physician in a Pain Management practice. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering imaging/labs, prescribing medication, and managing a busy clinic schedule.

Licensure & Certifications

Must have successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Required credentials include state licensure/certification for Utah and a valid DEA number.
