Join Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities as a Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Care in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Licensed Home Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Enjoy independence and flexibility in the field to care for patients in their home environment. Hours: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Territory: This position will work in the field helping patients in their home setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services to treat impairments and functional limitations under the supervision of a physical therapist. Responsibilities include conducting interdisciplinary assessments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and educating patients and families.
Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota with at least two years of experience. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and CPR/BLS certification.
