Key Responsibilities
Perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and revise multidisciplinary care plans while educating patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
Requirements
Must hold a current South Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Candidates must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
