Join Apis Services as a Mental Health Counselor in Reading, Pennsylvania. Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc, an Affiliate of Apis Services, is seeking a Full Time Community Specialist for our Mental Health program in the Reading area. This position requires flexibility and reliable transportation while working in the individual's community.

This role supports the independence of persons served by providing necessary assistance to maximize their quality of life, modeling hope, and encouraging community involvement. Responsibilities include consumer transportation to appointments, activities, and visits, as well as cultivating a safe and supportive relationship environment.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, reliable vehicle transportation with current insurance, and six months to one year of experience in a human service-related field. Additional requirements include passing criminal and FBI clearances, possessing a valid PA Driver's License, and successfully completing physical and drug screenings along with all sponsored training.
