Lead and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop innovative ABA programs while providing ongoing parent education and clinical support.
Candidates must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB. The role requires successful completion of a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
