Job Description
Join an established endodontic practice caring for patients across Ridgeland, Brandon, and Vicksburg. With experienced endodontists, strong connections with referring dentists, and a focus on preserving natural teeth, this is an opportunity to grow within a specialty practice serving multiple Mississippi communities.
Whether you are an experienced Endodontist or nearing the end of residency, you can bring your perspective to an established team and build trusted relationships with patients and referring providers. Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and peer support as they learn the practice’s clinical approach. Doctors can pursue an early path to partnership while building a long-term future in the practice.
A Specialty Practice with Range and Roots
The team provides focused endodontic care across three established offices, helping patients get timely treatment and return to their regular dentist with care coordinated between providers. A patient-centered approach and experienced colleagues create a supportive setting for doctors at different stages of their careers.
The clinical scope includes root canal therapy, retreatment, and apicoectomy, supported by 3D digital imaging and advanced endodontic techniques. Whether treating familiar cases or more complex needs, the work centers on accurate diagnosis, preserving natural teeth, and helping patients feel informed and comfortable.
What You Can Build Here
A focused specialty caseload: Provide root canal therapy, retreatment, apicoectomy, and other endodontic care.
Technology for precise planning: Use 3D digital imaging to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.
A connected referral community: Work in partnership with referring dentists and coordinate care so patients can return to their regular provider.
Support as you grow: Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and experienced peers, while doctors bring their own judgment and clinical perspective to the team.
Life in Central Mississippi
Choose the setting that suits you: Consider the Jackson-area communities of Ridgeland and Brandon or the riverfront character of Vicksburg.
Room to get outside: Enjoy the Ross Barnett Reservoir, the Natchez Trace Parkway, and Ridgeland’s multi-use trails.
Arts, food, and evenings out: Explore Jackson’s museums, restaurants, music, and Fondren arts district, or spend time among Vicksburg’s downtown galleries and river views.
