The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that restore function and reduce pain. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and educate patients on home exercise programs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess a current Texas Physical Therapist license. Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and strong clinical assessment skills are required for this role.
