Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist assesses patients to design and implement personalized therapy programs aimed at recovering functional, cognitive, and behavioral abilities. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an appropriate degree and a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and NBCOT certification is preferred for certain facilities.
