Physician- Surgical Oncology Surgeon

Key Responsibilities

The physician is responsible for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of patient health problems while cultivating positive working relationships and promoting a culture of safety and collaboration. Essential functions include assessing patient medical needs, providing quality medical services cost-effectively, and communicating the plan of care regularly with families and staff.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Doctorate (MD or DO) and hold required State of Michigan licenses upon hire, along with DEA registration and current BLS certification, with ACLS required within 120 days. The role involves frequent physical demands such as standing, walking, and occasional reaching and handling.
