Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned patient caseload by implementing care programs, modalities, and exercise plans as prescribed by an Occupational Therapist. Provide patient and family education while maintaining detailed documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

Must be a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and traveling extensively to patient homes. Requires the ability to communicate effectively in English and adhere to State Practice Acts and Medicare guidelines.
