About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Interface with the clinical team in decision

making process involving patients to include attending all clinical meetings.

Assess the counseling needs of the patient.

Assess the patient for addictive substance use disorders utilizing the ASAM assessment tool within the biopsychosocial assessment.

Requirements

for credentialing purposes in pursuit of full independent certification and/or licensure or is working to maintain current certification, where applicable.

You will oversee aspects of a patient’s treatment with appropriate scope of practice.

This includes coordination and continuity of care from admission through discharge and follow-up of patients while under supervision.

You will also promote performance improvement and service delivery by conducting individual and group sessions directed towards addressing the causes and effects of the patient’s addiction.
