Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide high-quality patient care across the lifespan within a fast-paced Family Medicine/Med-Peds practice. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing acute and chronic illnesses, performing physical exams, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree for NPs or an ARC-PA approved program completion for PAs, along with active New York State licensure and national certification. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this team-based role.
