Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Arkansas.
- DEA certification.
