- QUALIFICATIONS: Current certification from NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) as a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) - Trainee.
- NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: At the time of appointment, and during employment in this title, employees will be required to possess a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in New York State.
