Key Responsibilities
The therapist performs initial assessments, develops treatment plans, and conducts individual, group, and family therapy for children and adolescents. They also document client progress in the electronic medical record and collaborate with the treatment team and guardians.
Requirements
A Master's degree in a human services-related field is required, with a professional license such as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT preferred. Candidates should have experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed youth and possess strong communication skills.
