Key Responsibilities
The therapist performs initial assessments, develops treatment plans, and conducts individual, group, and family therapy for children and adolescents. They also document client progress in the electronic medical record and collaborate with the treatment team and guardians.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human services-related field and possess excellent communication skills. Licensure as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed youth.
