Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while addressing patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of experience with a similar patient population. Must hold or obtain CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications, and pass a Level 2 background screening.
