Physical Therapist II

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements treatment programs to restore patient function and reduce pain. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, supervising staff, and participating in departmental performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy from an approved APTA school and possess a valid Physical Therapy license. CPR certification is required, and one year of outpatient experience is preferred.
