Responsibilities

As a PRN staff physician, you will join a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient care. As a Concentra physician PRN you will be accountable for assessing patients and providing treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience. The treatments you provide will make a tremendous difference in the lives of those who look to us for care and comfort. Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in Indiana
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of Indiana
• DOT/FMCSA certification - active or willing to get during credentialing
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution
