Key Responsibilities
The Lead Respiratory Therapist will examine patients with breathing conditions, conduct diagnostic tests, and collaborate with physicians to implement treatment plans. They are also responsible for performing bedside therapies, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining respiratory care equipment.
Requirements
Applicants must hold an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy and possess a current CRT or RRT license in the state of practice. BCLS certification is required, while ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are preferred.
