Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will plan, organize, and deliver therapy programs to help patients recover mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. They will conduct evaluations, document patient progress, and educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist and meet all regulatory requirements for the practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of employment, and a valid driver's license is necessary for home visits.
