Clinical Therapist, Adult - Full Time

Join Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois as a Clinical Therapist – Adult Behavioral Health – M-F in United States. OVERVIEW This position provides direct service to adult patients in a Behavioral Health Program area. Schedule: 36 hours/week, Monday-Friday Shift: Days Location: Mercyhealth Henry Palmer Building - Janesville, WI Pay Range: $30.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes psychosocial assessments and treatment plans in cooperation with patient and multidisciplinary team.

• Conducts a comprehensive assessment of the clinical needs of each patient prior to beginning individual, family or group therapy.

• Works collaboratively with the patient to develop a treatment plan addressing patient’s identified treatment goals.

• Delivers behavioral health care in accordance with patient evaluation, treatment plan and within the scope of their license.

Requirements

• Passing the Driver’s License Check and or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).

• Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.

• Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $63.6K - $111K

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Day shift only - no nights.
