About the Role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Completes psychosocial assessments and treatment plans in cooperation with patient and multidisciplinary team. Conducts a comprehensive assessment of the clinical needs of each patient prior to beginning individual, family or group therapy.
