Key Responsibilities

The Hospice Physician Designee will certify patient eligibility, conduct face-to-face visits, and coordinate 24/7 on-call physician coverage. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a doctorate in allopathic or osteopathic medicine and possess a current, unrestricted medical license. Board certification in a relevant specialty and experience in hospice or palliative care are strongly preferred.
