Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing substance abuse programs, including conducting assessments and developing comprehensive service plans for clients. Facilitates daily curriculum-based education groups and maintains detailed client treatment files in compliance with confidentiality laws.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma, with a bachelor's or master's degree preferred, and the ability to obtain CADC certification within two years. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain clearance from the Illinois Department of Corrections.
