Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree BS Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE

• accredited School of Pharmacy

• Required Experience 1 to 3 Years experience as a hospital Pharmacist or Pharmacy residency (PGY1)

• Preferred Licenses and Certifications Pharmacy\RPH
