Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients

• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation programs

• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions

• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Requirements

• Active CT Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 (DOE)

• Signing bonus: $1,000.

• CME allowance: $1,250.
