FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in East Fort Myers is growing and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on treatment, collaboration, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.

This is not a high-volume therapy environment. The clinic emphasizes focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and achieving measurable outcomes for patients.

Role Overview

Patient Care & Daily Flow

• Average of 12 patient visits per day
• Time built in for individualized treatment approaches
• Ongoing collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists

Tools & Clinical Support

Compensation Details

Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (depending on experience)

Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Earn up to $1,000 per month through profit-sharing based on clinic performance and metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement

$66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), assuming full-time hours and consistent bonus performance

Core Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Apply manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise plans
• Track progress and document patient outcomes
• Support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient engagement abilities
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
