Outpatient Therapist (PLPC, LPC, LPC-S, LMSW, LCSW)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist will apply psychotherapeutic techniques to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individuals and families, which includes conducting assessments, developing initial treatment plans, and maintaining required documentation. Responsibilities also involve conducting individual, group, or family sessions and participating in treatment team meetings to facilitate patient services.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a Human Services field is required, along with a CSW or above license or eligibility. Candidates must possess one or more years of experience working with a comparable patient population and hold requisite state or national licensure, along with CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification.
