Join Acadiana Treatment Center as a Social Worker III PRN in United States. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct psychosocial assessment of patient and update as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meeting to discuss psychosocial assessment, treatment planning and ongoing discharge planning.
