Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care.
- Collaborate with infusion nursing, pharmacy, primary care, and specialty teams.
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire.
- Completion of accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship.
