The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides direct resident care and assists the Staff Occupational Therapist with treatment activities. They also maintain accurate documentation, ensure a safe environment, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program and maintain a valid state license. Proficiency in computer documentation systems and the ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care are required.
