We're currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year.
About the Opportunity
This full-time, onsite position will support a blended caseload of elementary-aged students in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade. The anticipated caseload is approximately 45 students and includes a variety of communication needs commonly seen in school-based settings.
You'll collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers to help students reach their communication goals while making a meaningful impact every day.

- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Expressive and receptive language delays
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Developmental delays
- Fluency disorders
- Other speech and language communication needs
What You'll Do
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP meetings
- Complete documentation and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Experience with school-based evaluations, IEP development, and educational documentation is preferred.

Compensation
- $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current or eligible Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license
- School-based experience preferred
- Knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, and special education processes preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
