Physical Therapist (PT), Early Intervention & Pediatrics
Delaware | Flexible Schedule | Up to $90 per Visit | up to a $10,000 Bonus with the possibility of a retention bonus at 12 months.

We are currently seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Sussex County DE. We welcome Maryland Therapists with a Delaware License.

- What You’ll Do
As an Early Intervention PT, you will
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
- What We’re Looking For
- Active DE Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
- Active Delaware license
- NER-DE

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will partner with families using a coaching-based style to support a child's development in natural environments. They are responsible for delivering therapy, empowering caregivers, and maintaining accurate electronic documentation for each visit.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Delaware Physical Therapist license in good standing. Previous experience in birth-to-five or home care settings is preferred.
