Mental Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief interventions as part of a collaborative behavioral and physical health team. Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated whole-patient care while leveraging data to drive positive outcomes.

Licensure & Certifications

Requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active state license such as LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to patient impact and the ability to work collaboratively in an integrated care environment.
