Join Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health as a Nephrology Physician (FT) Lebanon in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Nephrology/Hypertension Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join our practice in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient direct patient care and the coordination of care for patients at the community hospitals.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology.
- Eligible to obtain a State of New Hampshire and Vermont Medical License.
- Eligible to obtain federal DEA registration.
