Join The Elizabeth Hospice as a Hospice Medical Social Worker – M-F, $70K-$80K in San Diego, Texas, United States. As a member of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), the MSW assesses the psychosocial impact of the terminal illness on the individual and their family/caregiver system. Intervenes to support, guide and prepare them as they cope with the disease progression, death and grief.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work and have at least one year of healthcare experience. A current California driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification are required, with LCSW or ACSW preferred.
