Why Tucson

Tucson delivers a quality of life that's hard to match — over 350 days of sunshine a year, stunning desert landscapes, and a cost of living well below most major metros.

The city holds the rare distinction of being a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, with a dining scene as diverse as its culture, and a thriving arts community that punches well above its weight.

Families are well-served by strong schools, safe neighborhoods, and easy weekend access to Phoenix, Sedona, and the U.S.-Mexico border. With the University of Arizona anchoring a research-forward, educated community, Tucson is a place where professional purpose and personal fulfillment genuinely coexist.

Established in 1961, St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson is home to the Carondelet Neurological Institute and the Carondelet Joint Replacement Center. The hospital offers advanced care that includes a Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center and spacious and comfortable labor and delivery units. Additional services include high-quality care in programs such as cardiology, orthopedics, stroke and emergency medicine. Join our team!
