Key Responsibilities
The Oncology Nurse Navigator coordinates comprehensive care for adult hematology/oncology patients across the continuum of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. They act as a liaison between patients, physicians, and internal departments to ensure an organized, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license and have at least three years of nursing experience. An Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) certification is required within three years of hire.
