Opportunity Details: Provide comprehensive urologic care, including the diagnosis and treatment of urologic conditions, with both surgical and non-surgical approaches. Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures and surgeries based on patient and departmental needs.

Supervise and contribute to the development of didactics and case discussions for resident and medical student training. Instruct and mentor residents and medical students, offering both hands-on training and theoretical education in Urology. Participate in the planning and execution of urologic procedures.

Ensure the efficient functioning of the outpatient suite, including participation in clinical procedures and patient care. Coordinate with PAs and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

Support the continuous improvement of the Department's teaching programs and integrate new technologies and techniques.

Qualifications

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology Active New York state medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $352,000* (board eligible); $362,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $482,720

(Board Eligible) and $493,520

(board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.

Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates. Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.

Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence-based): Provided at no cost to the employee.
