Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cascade. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong clinical skills, and a desire to grow professionally.   • Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
  • Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians

Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries

Qualifications

  • Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and overseeing the care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
