Minimum Qualifications
- Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System

Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide specialized neurological care for patients with chronic migraines and complex neurological conditions. They will work in a collaborative environment while utilizing teleneurology for emergency department calls to focus on outpatient expertise.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be board certified or board eligible in neurology. An active, unrestricted medical license in Idaho and full prescriptive authority from the DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy are required.
