Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (with a Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science desirable) and be a currently licensed registered pharmacist in the state of employment. A minimum of two years of recent experience in an acute-care setting or one year in home infusion therapy, along with strong knowledge of intravenous admixture services, is required.
