Key Responsibilities

Provide home

based therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength and functionality due to an illness or injury

Works as part of a home health team focused on the patient's plan of care and goals

Observe movements, conduct assessments, document progress and modify care plan as needed

Salary: $70 - $120/visit

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.

Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program with an active PT license in Virginia and current CPR certification. A maximum of two years of Physical Therapy experience is required, ideally in home healthcare, along with knowledge of home health regulations and reliable transportation.
