Reports directly to the Director of Pediatrics regarding clinical issues and activities related to the delivery of medical care.

The Pediatrician provides quality, comprehensive in-patient and out-patient primary health care services, including examining, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients under their panel. They are responsible for maintaining detailed health records, ensuring continuity of care, and participating in after-hours call rotation.
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited Medical School and hold an unrestricted license to practice Medicine in Texas, along with current DEA certification. Required qualifications also include maintaining continuing medical education, obtaining hospital privileges if necessary, and being certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
