- Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD Pharmacy degree.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado or must obtain within 60 days of hire
- Immunization Certified with active BLS card Skills:
- Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision

Key Responsibilities
Staff the outpatient community pharmacy and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to fulfill discharge orders and improve patient outcomes. Perform rotating medication reconciliation shifts to ensure safe transitions of care for patients entering and leaving the hospital.
