Job description
Of the 10 million Americans struggling with opioid misuse, only 1 in 10 receive treatment. This is an accessibility crisis, and we are on a mission to solve it by bringing life-saving care to the 89% currently left behind. Through a single app, Bicycle Health combines Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) with behavioral healthcare, drug screening, therapy, and peer support.
We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join us full-time in a 40-hour-per-week, W-2 role with a schedule designed to offer both structure and flexibility.
The Provider position at Bicycle Health is a remote full-time addiction medicine clinical position with responsibility for the continuity care of a panel of adult patients under care primarily for opioid use disorder. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will assess new patients presenting for telemedicine-based care of opioid use disorder, determine appropriateness of enrollment in our care setting, and manage their continuity OUD treatment from initial induction through the duration of their care. The Nurse Practitioner also addresses co-occurring mental health conditions directly when appropriate, and also via referral and care-coordination with outside providers. The NP/PA participates actively in regular clinical team meetings and quality improvement activities, collaborates with our program physicians and therapists, and reports to the regional medical director.

Stable, full time employment - This is a full-time, W-2 employees. As a a full-time employee you will receive full benefits.
Location Flexibility - Work from home and work from anywhere in your state (subject to change depending on regulations).
Limited Call - there are on-call responsibilities but most providers are on-call once every 2-3 months on average. Call is one week at a time (Monday to Monday).

Option 1: Monday–Friday (8 hour shifts)
- Start time between 10:00am EST (8:00am MST) and 12:00pm EST (10:00am MST)
- Schedule remains consistent each week
- Includes one weekend day and you must work Thursday
- No more than two consecutive days off
- Weekday shifts start at 11:00am EST (9:00am MST)
- Weekend shifts start at 10:00am EST (8:00am MST)
- Schedule remains consistent each week
Key Responsibilities
The provider will manage a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder, providing assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment via telemedicine. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate services and participate in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and a DEA license, with eligibility to obtain licenses in multiple states. At least one year of experience in Buprenorphine prescribing within a relevant clinical environment is required.
