Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate care to critically, chronically, or terminally ill patients within an interdisciplinary hospice setting. Duties include performing patient assessments, managing home visits for recertification, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nursing license and a Nurse Practitioner license in the State of California. A minimum of one year of professional nursing experience is required, with hospice experience preferred.
